Are all of Honeydew products handmade?
Many of our pieces are handmade with care, and every Honeydew product is carefully inspected before being shipped. Some designs are handcrafted by our trusted family artisans in Vietnam, while others are 100% made and finished locally. We focus on quality, detail, and everyday elegance in every piece.
Will my piece look identical to the photos?
Because our jewellery features natural pearls and mother-of-pearl, each piece is unique.
Slight variations in shape, colour, or texture may occur. We do our best to ensure every item matches the product photos as closely as possible while maintaining the highest quality standards.
What type of metals are used for Honeydew products?
We use silver-plated and gold-plated copper for most of our products. We also offer authentic sterling silver (925) for silver earring hooks.
They are tarnish-free, water-proof, and resistant to common fluids like sweat, pool water, saltwater, or dishwashing liquid. We recommend avoiding strong abrasives to preserve the pieces.
Are your pearls and mother of pearls authentic?
Our pearls are authentic freshwater pearls, and our mother of pearls come from variety of shell types, including pearl oyster shells, Tahiti oyster shells, abalone shells, or trocus shells.
Our pearls and mother of pearls are stocked from various countries in Asia Pacific, including Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, and Tuvalu.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
What is the return policy?
Our aim is for each customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If your item arrives with a manufacturing fault or production-related damage, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
